Welcome to Med911.am. By using the website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Products and Information on the Website
We try to provide up-to-date information about products, prices, availability, and delivery. However, the appearance of the delivered product, including its packaging, color, and labeling, may differ from the photos on the website.
The information on the website does not replace advice from a doctor or pharmacist. Before using medicines, follow the instructions, the specialist's prescription or recommendation, and applicable legal requirements.
2. Placing an Order
When placing an order, you must provide correct contact details, delivery address, and other required information. Med911.am may contact you to confirm the order or clarify details.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the details are incorrect, the payment was not completed, or the order cannot be fulfilled for another objective reason.
3. Prescription Products
If a product is dispensed by prescription or requires special documents, the customer must present them to the courier upon delivery.
If the customer does not present the required documents, the product is not handed over, and the customer pays the delivery fee.
4. Payment and Product Check
Before paying upon delivery, the customer must check the integrity of the packaging, branded labeling, and conformity of the product with the order.
If an order was paid online but the product is out of stock, Med911.am initiates a refund within 2 banking days. The actual crediting time may depend on the bank or payment system.
Registered users may save a bank card for future payments through AmeriaBank vPOS / ARCA. Med911.am does not receive or store the full card number (PAN), CVV/CVC, PIN, 3-D Secure codes, or bank SMS codes. Med911.am stores only the technical binding identifier, customer identifier, and limited data needed to display the card, such as the masked number, expiry date, status, and timestamps.
Payment with a saved card is made only after verifying that the request comes from the signed-in owner of the card, and only for the selected unpaid Med911.am order; the payment amount is taken from the order. A saved card can be removed in the account. After removal, the binding is deactivated and the card is not used for future payments through Med911.am; certain technical records may be retained to the extent necessary for payment records, security, and compliance with legal obligations.
When adding a card without placing an order, AmeriaBank may make a small verification charge (usually around AMD 10). Med911.am initiates the refund of that charge immediately; the actual crediting time depends on the bank or payment system.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are approximate and may depend on the address, product availability, courier workload, and other circumstances.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with the Med911.am return policy and the applicable laws of the Republic of Armenia.
7. Website Use
You may not use the website for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation, copy website materials without permission, upload malicious code, or provide false information when placing an order.
All website materials, including texts, images, logos, and design, belong to Med911.am or are used on a lawful basis.
8. Limitation of Liability
Med911.am is not liable for inability to use the website, delivery delays, data errors that occurred through no fault of ours, or consequences of incorrect use of products by the customer.
9. Changes to These Terms
Med911.am may update these terms. The current version is always posted on this page. Continuing to use the website after the terms are updated means acceptance of the new version.
