How to order prescription medications?
Prescription medications are dispensed with a prescription. After placing your order, a pharmacist will contact you for clarification. Some medications may only be available for pickup.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, up until the moment the order is transferred to the courier. Please call 011 911 911, and we will make the changes.
How do I track my order status?
After placing your order, you will receive an SMS with its status. The status is also available in your personal account under "My Orders."
Is a refund possible?
Medicines of proper quality are not subject to return. Returns are possible for certain categories of goods in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. Details — from the operator.
